  Found a high severity exploit in a `withdraw()` function for Swivel v3 which permanently locks user funds

• Unintialised timestamp will cause `totalSupply` limit to be breached

  Due to a lack of initialisation in a constructor, a variable `lastEvent` was initialised to `0` which lead to an excess number of tokens being released.
