### Biography Eric (shw) is a security researcher focusing on Web3 and blockchain security. His expertise is in auditing Solidity / EVM-based smart contracts and DeFi protocols. He started doing audit competitions on Code4rena in 2021 and reached 6th place (and 8th place in a team) by the end of the year. Before becoming a full-time Web3 security researcher at Spearbit, he pursued an M.S. in Information Security and a B.S. in Computer Science.
